What we collect

• email — Only if you subscribe to the newsletter. Used exclusively to send new letters. You can unsubscribe anytime.
• analytics — We use Umami, a privacy-friendly analytics tool. It's cookieless, doesn't track you across sites, and doesn't collect personal information. We see page views and referrers in aggregate — not who you are.
• X pixel — We use the X (Twitter) conversion pixel to measure whether posts drive visits. This is managed by X and subject to their privacy policy.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data. Ever.
• We don't use cookies for tracking.
• We don't run third-party ad networks.
• We don't collect names, locations, or device fingerprints.
• We don't share your email with anyone.

Your choices

You can read every letter on this site without giving us anything. If you subscribe and change your mind, every email includes an unsubscribe link. That's it.

Changes

If we ever change what we collect or how we use it, we'll update this page. We're a small project — transparency is easy when there's nothing to hide.
